12 Month Check-up & Updates ...

TRAUMATIZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yesterday they had their 12 month vaccines and even had to give blood! I almost died. It was horrible. Sophia was so upset when they poked her ... she looked straight at her daddy and said "DADAAAAA!" (like help me!) He felt so bad! When they did Noahs TB shot he didn't even flinch. But the vaccines and the poke were not fun at all for him or her!

Overall, they are both doing wonderful Sophia is 191/2 lbs and Noah is 181/2 lbs. They are both doing great developmentally. YAY! The bad news is that I must break them now of bottles and transition them to whole milk. The whole milk part is fine...I mean come on imagine how much money we are gonna save! BUT, they just are not big fans of the sippy cup yet especially morning and night!!!! This is one of those things I am gonna have to go to my veteran mothers in the twin club for advice!!!!!

random updates: Joanna taught Sophia to say Aunt-tie! Everywhere we go she yells "Da-DA!" Noah is shaking his head "no" and singing "happy birthday" sounds more like "hobba baba!" Noah is done with his helmet for the most part. Oh, and he knows how to blow a whistle! Like father like son!

Fathers Day was great! We started off at Fuddruckers for lunch then went to Omas for some R&R!
