Just another Manic Monday....

One year ago (this same week) I found out I was pregnant! I remember getting the phone call and laughing and crying at the same time. Jumping up and down and running all around my house. Screaming and yelling...OMG, I AM PREGNANT!!!! It was so surreal. Andrew and I were just in such shock. We couldn't believe our dreams were finally coming true. But of course I ran to the store to get my own test, just to be sure. :) I remember thinking holy mole - how are we going to keep this a secret on Thanksgiving and until Christmas!? How am I going to hide these gynormous boobies that are growing out of control?! It was so hard but we totally pulled it off! :) Brrrr its cold. Well, the babies are feeling better they did not throw up once yesterday. I have switched them back to their normal formula as well. So things are looking up! Andrew actually got what they had and Kayla too. I am so lucky that I didn't get whatever is going around. YIKES!

I almost got out of cooking the turkey this year but my husband has insisted that we keep our annual tradition of "brining" our turkey. For those that don't know what this is here is the closest recipe I could find online to the one I use. http://home.earthlink.net/~kathy.weiler/id26.html
So, I need to get busy this week setting the table and cooking up a storm. If you aren't busy come by and see our lil turkeys. Gobble, Gobble! PS. If you want Grandpas stuffing recipe shoot me an e-mail!

For those I haven't told yet, I went ahead and got the hard drive camcorder and the DVD burner so I can download and start a !!!! I got the SONY one I was SOOO wanting. AMAZON is amazing. They saved me over 40% on tax and shipping alone compared to best buy and circuit city. I only spent around $500 and thats what was given to us SO therefore, it was completely paid for by our MIL. YAY. Worth every penny to capture all of our precious moments of our twinkies first year of life and beyond. :)

OK, now I am off to go enter the babies into the KIISFM Seacrest Santa babies contest...VOTING WILL BE ON 12/8, SO I WILL BE CONTACTING YOU FOR YOUR HELP IN VOTING on their website http://www.kiisfm.com/pages/santababies/?_show !!! :)

Anyway, have a great day. xoxo
